Bill Wright is the Senior Director of the Learning Solutions organization in IT&S at HCA, responsible for delivering solutions that enhance the user experience and increase overall efficiency across the HCA enterprise. Under Bill’s leadership, a team of analysts, designers, publishers and educators develop and deliver moment of need learning across the enterprise, including clinicians, physicians, administrative and back office staff and leadership. Bill has been with HCA for over ten years and has served in senior leadership capacities for the IT Strategic Planning, Network Services and Shared Services organizations. Prior to HCA, Bill spent almost twenty years with a Fortune 50 automotive original equipment manufacturer in Detroit, MI, serving in a variety of roles including Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing and Project Management Services, as well as the global Divisional Chief Information Officer for two large divisional business units. Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Walsh College, a private college in Michigan and completed the Executive Information Management Program at Syracuse University, ultimately completing the requirements for the Master of Science Degree in Information Management. Bill and his wife Donna have been married for 31 years. They have 3 children whose ages are 29, 27 and 24, respectively. They currently reside in College Grove, where they just moved after being in Franklin for their first 8 years in Tennessee.
